Hello there! My name is Kaitlyn. I live in Denver, Colorado, which I fell in love with after moving here for college in 2022. I have been studying business and entrepreneurship at CCU with the calling to open a business. Opening a coffee business has been a dream of mine for many years, but once I started working at a local shop, I knew that was what I was working towards.

Rooted Bean Coffee is more than a business — it’s a calling. Our vision is to use coffee as a way to serve and uplift the Denver community, especially by creating job opportunities for individuals who are transitioning out of poverty. This venture is both a real-life application of my studies and a deeply personal assignment from God. I believe He’s using my passion for coffee and people to build something that blesses others. The mobility of our cart will allow us to reach diverse communities, share warmth through every cup, and let God’s love flow through every interaction.
